Our week in iPhone photos

We have definitely had a quieter week from last week!

I enjoyed some Micah snuggles and apparently my baby bump makes a good pillow :)

We played with sidewalk chalk and Rilynn enjoyed getting very dirty. She also enjoyed looking cute while walking around in her brother's sweatshirt :)

She enjoyed getting clean after too!

Spied on Micah from the observation room at his preschool

We got our van back! At least until next week when it goes to the body shop :/

Took these two for ice cream after getting an estimate done at the body shop

The ice cream resulted in a super silly little girl

Wore Rilynn on my back in my Ergo while I shopped a consignment sale at 30 weeks pregnant! I took up a little bit of space ;)

Scored some really cute summer clothes for the kids at the consignment sale for super cheap!

Ella decorated a mirror and was quite proud of herself so she insisted I take a picture :)

Went to a kindergarten meeting at Ella's new school! I think it finally hit me being in her classroom that she's going to be starting kindergarten!

We showed Ella this picture of the computers and now she thinks kindergarten is like going to the apple store so she keeps asking us how many days until it starts, haha ;)

Happy Easter!

We had a wonderful Easter together! We spent the day before making rice crispy treats, decorating eggs, and making tomb cookies.

Easter morning we got up early and the kids checked on the their tomb cookies to find they were empty inside! Afterwards the kids opened their Easter baskets.





After, we enjoyed a great Easter service at church. When we got home the kids did their Easter egg hunt at the house and we took some pictures in their Easter outfits :)





29 weeks at Easter :)

After that, we went over to my brother in law's families house for Easter lunch and fun. They are always so nice to include us in all their holidays and always make us feel like we are part of the family. They had an Easer egg hunt planned for the kids as well as fun games planned for the adults. We all had so much fun! Ella and Micah even got to walk down to the pond behind their house and go fishing and I got to shoot a BB gun for the first time, haha :)





Such a wonderful day with family reflecting on the resurrection of Jesus! So thankful that Christ bore the burden for our sins and that He is alive! We are a new creation and dead to our old selves because of that! Help me to remember that daily Jesus!

Another eventful week

We had a minor accident..


That same day the transmission decided to die leaving us stranded


Thankfully we got stranded in a pretty spot though and the kids were able to meet a new friend. Thankfully the kids also had some animal crackers on hand to share. I think the duck was probably pretty excited to have some company :)

On the Mend...kind of

It looks like sickness is leaving our house! I was the last one to get hit and although it's not bad it's enough to be an annoyance. I'm hoping it doesn't linger for too long because I really want to get back to the gym and I would like to not have to go through a box of tissue an hour ;) I'm thankful that Rilynn is back to her happy self though because a day without her sweet little smiles is a little gloomy. I'm praying we will all be back to good health for Easter!


How precious is this baby girl!?!?! She is starting to turn into a little chatterbox! She now says Mama, Dada, Baba (that's baby) Ella, and Hi. At least those are the words we can make out, she very well could be trying to say more and we just can't make it out yet.

There was no preschool today for parent teacher conferences so we enjoyed a random day of Costco, hat shopping, and frozen custard.
