Has it really been 2 months!?!?

Wow! I'm the worst blogger ever! Apparently I'm losing motivation and time to keep blogging. I can once again try and promise to be better but we all know that's probably not true, and when I say "we all" I'm referring to the one or two of you that maybe accidentally stumbles upon this blog while searching for something else ;) I had many ideas for blogs the last few months but just got busy with life and never got around to it. I do however have a ton of pictures that I have taken so I will try and catch you up in a nutshell. So for all of you who searched for "Ariel birthday cake" and found this blog you are in for a treat. We do have some exciting stuff coming up so it will definitely pay to stick around and bear with this flaky blogger!


So first off, we had a beautiful spring! I feel like it was an exceptionally beautiful spring this year but that could be because we had such an exceptionally long cold (horrible) winter. I have never longed for sunshine and signs of life more then I did this spring! I developed a small obsession with trees this spring and not just any trees but trees full of flower blossoms! I couldn't get enough of them! I took the kids on a walk downtown with the sole purpose to look at trees :)







We took the kids to the beautiful Inniswood Metro gardens. It's 121 acres of absolute beauty. It's definitely one of our new favorite places to go.
