What a great weekend! I was able to spend Saturday going to garage sales and working in our yard planting flowers. We barbecued some tri-tip later in the day that was delicious! On Sunday I had breakfast, coffee and a present waiting for me when I got out of the shower from my sweet husband. I even got a card from Ella! We went to a Mother's Day brunch on Sunday in Columbus that resulted in us being sent down to the basement because of a tornado warning-fun! Overall, it was a perfect weekend and I enjoyed spending time with my family. I love being able to spend time playing outside with Paul and Ella and I can't imagine a better way to spend a Mother's Day =)

Paul in shorts? Sunny days? BBQing outside? Did you guys spend mothers day in CA and not tell anyone? :) Glad to see that you had such a nice mothers day. When is the next time you will be out here? Paul, i have been reading a book on quantum physics and I believe that the new argument for random numbers is that they are possible when you use a quantum computer. Just thought you would enjoy that nugget for science fun from your science nerd friend
